DId you make that studio? How did it go?

  • CuriousDG

    Awesome!
I have started training Chinese Pole and want a setup for my studio.
Any thoughts / suggestions where I could learn more about the different types of pole and get a pole set up?

I have alwasy been amazed by what you do. I am a pole instructor in Canada, and do some male instruction for aerial artists! May I post and use your video as a referenceon my website?

Wow!! really!! that is super cool, i was losing hope after hearing so many people training at the age of 10 etc. Now i will train super hard, even though i have to go to uni :S

I started when I was nineteen doing gymnastics, acrobatics. I am 34 now and still getting paid to play around.

the guy who does the bit from 46-54 MUST be superman.

I am 18 and i go to gymnastic and acrobat lessons, is it too late for me to become superman??

I padded myself up and through the trick until I learned it. Videos helped me.

Wow, that is absolutely amazing!!! The physical strength and stamina displayed is breathtaking! I can especially appreciate it since I pole dance for fitness. Incredible ab and core strength, especially at about 0:49 seconds in, when the body is parallel to the floor. Very cool to watch and aspire to!

If you were to lay down between the poles you would see that there is only a 5 to 8 inch gap from your shoulder to the pole (generally.)
create an arc away from gravity and slightly jump back making sure to get your hips up. (higher than your head. – Catch at a no gravity point, going up.
